Delivering heat and hot water to many millions of customers across Europe, and in other parts of the world, demands team work. Baxi Group works with every part of the supply chain - wholesalers, installers, specifiers, utility companies and the end-user customer in their homes and businesses.
For instance, Baxi Group supplies virtually every major wholesale builders' merchant and plumbers' merchant across Europe. For this group of customers our priorities are to offer customers good logistical support and also enhance customers' knowledge of our product through relevant training programmes.
For installers and specifiers we also provide outstanding training and technical back-up. Baxi Group trains tens of thousands of installers across Europe every year.
Our technical support department deal with many thousands of enquiries per year via phone and web support, and also, where necessary, with site visits. Our spare parts network is also an important customer support.
For end user customers we provide excellent warranty programmes and after sales service.
We also involve our customers in product development with regular focus groups to hear their views and feedback on new product developments.
Baxi Group's strong relationship with its customers was recognised in the 2007 National Business Awards in the UK, when it received a Best Use of Technology in Business Awards for its use of mobile phone technology to run a cash-back promotion for installers.
