Baxi Group prides itself on being a responsible business. This commitment is reflected in all our business operations and in the Company's relationships with stakeholders - whether they be employees, customers, suppliers, other partners or one of the communities in which we operate.

Our business is dependent on our people in product development, sales and marketing, operations and other functions.  We have policies which are designed to recruit and retain the high calibre employees necessary to maintain the success of our business and achieve its objectives.

In any one year it is estimated Baxi Group products are used by over 100,000 heating engineers and plumbers across Europe.  Our training centres across Europe help our customers keep abreast of current technology developments, and help them deliver an outstanding service to their clients. 

We also work hard to develop sustainable and visible supply chains with our suppliers, ensuring responsible sourcing and production of our products to a high standard of product safety.

As the world becomes ever more aware of the impact of climate change, Baxi Group is also working hard to develop smarter, more energy efficient heating systems.  The Group has a number of research teams across Europe working on improving traditional technologies and working on new renewable technologies such as solar, heat pumps, biomass and micro CHP.
